As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. A product is only eligible for exchange within 2 days of receiving the package, under the following conditions:
- A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
- If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product. You have to immediately take a picture of the product and send it to us.
- If the product is received in a damaged condition. Note: Please do not accept any package if it is tampered or damaged upon delivery.
