Returns & Exchange:

As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. A product is only eligible for exchange within 2 days of receiving the package, under the following conditions:

  1. A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
  2. If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product. You have to immediately take a picture of the product and send it to us.
  3. If the product is received in a damaged condition. Note: Please do not accept any package if it is tampered or damaged upon delivery.

To ensure that we are able to process your returns accurately and promptly, please read through the return process, along with the guidelines that need to be followed.

Exchange Policy

  1. Please raise a Return Request within 48hours of delivery by calling our customer service at (Monday-Saturday 11AM to 7PM)or mail us at [email protected] You can also submit your return request by signing into ’My Account’ and filling the ‘Submit a Support Request’ form, to initiate the exchange process.
  2. You will be asked to mail a good quality picture of the received product clearly depicting the issue (in case of damage/defect/incorrect product) along with your order details to [email protected] (you can mail the picture in the first step, for a faster process). Our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of exchange.
  3. We will then get back to you with your exchange request status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your request has been accepted, (we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes 2-3 working days for organizing a pick up and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse) OR ( Send the product to Wild Rose Homes – 18/19 Bava Salai, Alwarpet, Chennai-600018.)
  4. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, we will either:
    • Give you a replacement by another piece of the same product
    • In case the product is not available we will give you a Store Credit for the amount of the product returned
  5. We DO  NOT accept exchange on products which have been used or personalized or customized.
  6. In case of in-transit damage before you receive. At the time of delivery, make note of the damage on the courier’s copy of the airway bill.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation request will only be accepted if they are made within 24 hours of placing the order and a full refund will be issued for it. However if the request is made at a time when the product is already in transit, a nominal in-transit cancellation fee will be charged of 10% of the order value. This is due to the nature of our product which are high quality fragile items, once in transit, we expect our guests to share a part of the shipping charges already borne by us.

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

No cancellations are entertained for those limited edition products that are launched for special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasions offer and therefore cancellations are not possible.

The customer needs to raise a cancellation request to the customer service or mail us. We will refund the amount by the same mode the customer paid to us except for COD (that will be refunded either by store credit or by cheque).

Wild Rose Homes reserves the right to cancel an order before it has been shipped if one or more of the following conditions apply:

  1. The billing information provided for the credit card does not match the information on file with the credit card’s issuing bank.
  2. The credit card is declined for any reason, by our credit card verification service. Please note that the issuance of an order number or the receipt of a confirmation e-mail does not serve as a guarantee that the order will be fulfilled. No order is final till your credit card transaction is verified.
  3. Your cheque/DD didn’t reach us on time.
  4. In case of an unforeseen circumstance, we might have to cancel your order or ship it at a later date. In such a circumstance, we will let you know through your email registered with us.
  5. In case we cancel the order before your card was charged, there will be no refunds made. However, if the order got canceled after your card was charged, we will either refund the full value of the product or issue a store credit for the amount charged.

Points to remember

  • Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.Product should be unused and in the original condition.
  • Please ensure that the product is insured against damage. In case we receive damaged products, it would be difficult for WILD ROSE HOMES to process your exchange request.
  • All return expenses and fees will have to be borne by the customer.
  • Product can be returned for a store credit or an exchange, processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise in our warehouse.
  • reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product before issuing a refund. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each exchange request is handled on a case to case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
  • Products bought online cannot be exchanged in our stores.


All policies are subject to change without any prior notice. In case of any conflict Terms & Condition Policy would prevail.

All conditions as mentioned above may not be implied by laws and are limited to the durations and conditions as mentioned and shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages, human injury or loses including but not limited to loss of business, profits or use whether in an action in contract or based out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product. In continuation of the above, the conditions shall not affect the other provisions and also the customers statutory rights under applicable Indian laws.
